2019 BITCOIN Price?

$35,000 - $40,000 I'd like to predict same price as yours but we're living in real world. As of the first quarter, I predict bitcoin will hit $5,000 and think of it on how many months we'll stay price range of $3,800 - $5,000. We can at least hit $10,000 again up to $15,000 but your prediction is just too much for me. I want to see that suddenly so I can plan on my next vacation somewhere offshore. Well, we can't predict exactly and the market is very unpredictable.

My Prediction: Around $35,000-$40,000 USD

The volume during December, 2017 was much less compared to the volume in December, 2018 and less volume took it very high but the only reason it went up was because everyone was interested in earning from it and the only way someone could earn through it was by buying low, selling high. After the launch of futures, many people involved themselves in the activity of shorting and earning more over people's speculations through the leveraged positions opportunity. Stops were getting hit hard but I saw that the accumulation was there as well, and so I believe that if this Bakkt hype could really turn the tables (and being very practical as well as realistic in my prediction), I see BTC crossing the super stable value of $6k which it held for a longer duration, and then, after breaking that level, it'll break at least the most hyped price of 2017, i.e.; $10,000. Whatever comes above will be a bonus, but this is the least I see if everything goes right and regulations don't stop us from using our rights.

I think you will change your prediction by June which I think it's too high for bitcoin to rise that level. I will lower my prediction to make it realistic as it could be enough to reach $10k - $15k by Dec 2019.

we are easy to guessing but if it really predicts with everything that happens to human life as a whole in this world.. it's still difficult to predict with certainty, price fluctuations that are very easily influenced by various things are still difficult to predict for sure. Lol thats too high for the next year,because for me as what I observed according to the movements and charts,bitcoin price will continue on this year 2019 ,.my prediction is the total recovery will happen in 2020 meaning one year after this 2019

My Prediction: Around $35,000-$40,000 USD

Your predictions are about double the current ATH but most of the people here are speculating about more sideways markets throughout this year. I'm really getting disappointed on hearing this type of speculation but we cannot simply ignore those speculations as in the past, bitcoin had reacted in that manner after heavy downfall. My speculation is about having half of ATH, that is around $10k by end of this year 2019. This does not mean I'm not optimistic about the future of bitcoin but we need strong positive news to have bitcoin around $40k, lets see what will be happening.

If the market will not be in sideways, I believe this will be another exciting year as we may have positive markets. I believe positive market is much better than anything else because you do not need to get frustrated even you will not be having a new ATh.

I think the increase in bitcoin in 2019 will not be able to exceed 10k, I still doubt that the market increase will exceed 10k with conditions that have not been so stable for now, but in 2020 bitcoin will reach 15k.

That seems like a price that is very high when the price of bitcoin is not giving any indication that we will see such an explosive growth, you are asking for an increase in the price of 10x and I ask myself of where that money is going to come from? Because that money will not simply appear, someone needs to invest their money and with the disappointing performance in 2018 your prediction will not come true.

I am making this all up so I want to put a disclaimer beforehand but if you ask me this coming end of January and all of February price will force above 5 thousand dollar levels, it will probably break those levels and have something like 5.4-4.8 trends that it goes up and down (like the 4.2-3,6 it has right now) and after a while during summer it will push for above 6 thousand dollars and will either break it or be around it for a while making anything under 5 thousand a long forgot memory.

After that about November and December times it will probably be around 6.5 or 7 and not go under 6 anymore after that ever again. That is unless something crazy happens. This is my idea of bitcoins future for 2019 but of course I have no data to back this up and even if I had data to back this up it is bitcoin and all data is wrong data when it comes to bitcoin.

Crypto king Bitcoin is now playing pump-dump game. It can't be exactly predict that what will be the cost per Bitcoin by 2019 Dec but i guess btc will hit around 7000-8000$ by 2019 dec. Just hopeful

Where's the pump and dump there? Price is pretty strady swinging between 3.6 to 3.9k. Though i think it's a little bit more realistic to believe that just under 10k would be the end price for this year. 35k to 40k is ridiculous lol.

That was a very impressive prediction man but to tell you honestly, December 2017 bull run will never gonna happen the same way again. IMHO Bitcoin price would play around 8k to 12k in the coming years. And one thing for sure Bitcoin will stay forever.

The thing with BTC is, it is unpredictable. This is what the market makers feel. They trick the chart readers as well. I feel 2019 will surprise all.

I would be surprised if the price is above 2000$, more likely another year of the red and the price in Dec 2019 = 1140$. Crypto boom is completely over and it is a laughing stock.

 

this is a very pessimistic prediction, if the price drops to  $1000 it will be very bad, we will see a lot of criticism coming from many analysts and news channels... People will be very agitated and very scared to buy bitcoin. fall to  $1000 will be the worst scenario and I hope this does not happen

We cant relies our decision on our prediction because those things are not reliable because we made our prediction using our expectation, but yes prediction and expectation is good  because we are encouraging our self to stay firm and strong to wait the right time to use our bitcoin.

That is why I also made my own prediction.

Too much predicting will lead to too much expectation especially in the price of bitcoin. Once we predict too much price many people will expect that it will hit the price but once the price that we predict do not meet some people lose their hope so the tendency is they do panic selling and some time it may be the reason to the falling price of bitcoin.

well, I would rather see more optimistic people, compared to being pessimistic about future coin prices. well, I always see bitcoin prices under $ 1000, and much more. they feel pessimistic about the price of bitcoin in the future. well, I'm sure, the price of bitcoin will continue to grow, but my speculation isn't that high. maybe just above $ 7k for this year. well, that's good enough for its development this year.

That makes sense intuitively, but think about it.

While we were trading sideways around $6,000 for months, everyone was optimistic and assumed it was an accumulation range. Then we crashed.

In 2015, the hype was totally dead. Most people forgot about Bitcoin and the consensus was that it was destined to be little more than an obscure niche investment and currency for criminals. Then the bull market began.

Be careful what you wish for.

While we were trading sideways around $6,000 for months, everyone was optimistic and assumed it was an accumulation range. Then we crashed.

That crash was fierce because no one (or almost no one) expected it, which also applies to price increases, which is why more bearishness is welcome here. It really seems that people have started to get comfortable with $3500 with how strong it holds, so we might be up for a surprise in the coming weeks or months, especially with how the first quarter doesn't really favor Bitcoin in terms of price action.

Breaking $6000 was what I needed to wake up again. I was way too comfortable with how strong the support was at that point. Everything we go through is a lesson that makes you handle the next market cycle in a much better way, so there is nothing lost here, and while it may not look like so for people right now, this experience will pay off in the future.

There was a huge difference between 6 thousand levels and the 2015, in 2015 the coin was forgot and then it stayed forgot for whole year, the spike of the price didn't happen until 2017 when the price was already going up, just because of bitcoin cash and potential of getting more in return people started to buy bitcoin, while the price was around 200-300 dollars at 2015 (compared to 1400 high at 2014) the price didn't finish anywhere near the previous high.

Compare that to 2017 where price was around 900 dollars and because of bitcoin cash it went to 2-3 thousand dollar easily and that created a wave of new investors and when they wanted in the price went higher and higher. So the 2017 increase and 2015 mild year are totally unrelatable whereas 6000 dollars was optimistic just like its optimistic now because of the SEC and Bakkt deals but the price went down because one huge whale sold his coins. Unexpected thing.
