Small rise needs to be maintained, Bitcoin can go to the bull directions if many investors and traders will their faith with industry, you need to select your choosen position in hope that the market will favors you after, think positively and things will be good around this year.

Bitcoin stopped rising, it's just a small price fluctuation that is normal to the market.
There will only be big rise if it will break the resistance, and therefore we should carefully monitor the market because if it will have the opposite price could dump because the support would become low. Let's see, I still cannot assure but the past few days, bitcoin's price is really good.

My expectation is also along your line. I expect an ATH of $35k by the year end. This seems the possible price. I expect BTC to stay majorly bullish this year. If the trend that has been started already keeps intact, $35k isn't a big deal. well, I'm so sure the price of bitcoin will come to a high price. seeing this development, I feel that the development of bitcoin prices will continue to rise every month. well, even this month, I think the price of bitcoin has also risen quite well.

How come everyone is so fixated around that 10k$ mark ? I assume we are in a heavy and long accumulation period with bounces back and forth in a 4-6k range.
It also interacts pretty good with the recent CME future markets and the correlated volume since the early April future contract beginning. Just watch back to the chart and see how to volume corelates accordingly to the spike and the data.

That's low, higher than 10K please, market is not stable as we think it could pump high and that would bring much profit to us.
Why it would happen? because FOMO will once again happen, the market has not change yet, people will still come because crypto has not matured.

it's still volatile , but no so extreme like 2017 where anythings can go 100% up or even down easily.

I would be great if BTC crosses 10K$ at the end of this year. First quarter of this year was really good for BTC it has crossed 5K$ after long time. Now second quarter will determine the fate of BTC. I don't think so it would be able to cross 12 to 15K$ at the end of this year. December 2017 was the unusual month for crypto currency and these type of unusual events does not happen daily. Stabilization of BTC will attract more investors and ultimately it will goes up.
