There's a new update of electrum that was fixed against the recent phishing link.
And any update of it should be downloaded only from its official website/source https://electrum.org/#download

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

the fix itself is still a pretty weak fix in my opinion. the client will still display the malicious message but it won't be formatted properly anymore (it will be in plain text) so i'd say there is still risks (although decreased ones) of people falling for this kind of scam.
it would look like this according to #4968

i actually liked the little "hack" that BCash dudes merged more: https://github.com/Electron-Cash/Electron-Cash/pull/1076/files#diff-08f47fc4236c4931079fa1058b996bb2R1556
