I agree with you that the other two hard forks are not official ethereum upgrade unlike the Constantinopole wihich has been listed as one of the series of upgrades in their roadmap to improve the ethereum blockchain. Also, no new coin is about to be created which is really good for ethereum because usually a hard fork accompanied by creation of new coin caused a decline in prices of the original. But, this time Constantinopole won't. Just an upgrade.

Because people know that when they fall for the FOMO they might regret later as the whales will once again cash out and will result to a dump of price. It's not effective anymore and proven not good in the market, watching a more stable growth than a sudden pump, besides ETHEREUM is a legit project with huge potential so I don't worry for the short term.

Hello, the hard fork of Ethereum will open in January, when you only need to put ETH in your wallet, you will receive the token when you fork.

I am not quite sure but to my understanding, they will implement a hard fork in mid february because it was moved by their schedule, but I am still not sure if we are going to receive additional token for the fork reward, because they only said that they will just update some lines to make it more faster.
