Seller with 50K FOR SALE with very aracve
pricing but rather rigid procedures. Seller will write contracts at a maximum of
$50k with rolls and extensions. While he had the capacity to do much more. Prefers to handle on an R&E basis. Sellers
mandate is here in the US. Will use any of the 3‑4 procedures above and below. Procedures 1, 3 and 4 are at 10/6 while
procedure 2 is at 10/5 as a point goes to the escrow. Seller insists on using a Georgia (USA) aorney
for this purpose when
required.

PROCEDURE 4 (Bank‑to‑Bank)

2. Buyer shall show Proof of Funds for the First Tranche in currency required by the Seller and agreed as a

currency. Seller shall via his mandate show BTC balance of his Trezor Wallet for the first
tranche.
3. Upon acceptance of the terms and condions
by the BUYER, the agreement will be signed by both
pares.
4. Seller shall make a $1 Satoshi transfer to the Buyer’s Wallet. Buyer shall confirm the transfer.
5. Buyer shall confirm and request an invoice from the Seller.
6. Seller shall send an invoice with payment coordinates to the Buyer.
7. Buyer shall make the payment to the Seller’s payment bank and provide a wire transfer receipt.
8. Seller upon the funds cleared at his payment bank, shall immediately transfer the Bitcoin (BTC) from
Seller BTC Wallet to the Buyer BTC Wallet.
9. Buyer shall confirm to the Seller the receipt of the BTC.
10. Seller shall release the commission to the consultants.

(2) ESCROW PROCEDURES
SECTION I: TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

2. Buyer shall show Proof of Funds for the First Tranche in currency required by the Seller and agreed as a

currency. Seller shall via his mandate show BTC balance of his Trezor Wallet for the first
tranche.
3. Upon acceptance of the terms and condions
by the BUYER, the agreement will be signed by both
pares.
4. The SELLER will submit the signed contract to the Aorney
Escrow, and then the Aorney
Escrow will
contact the BUYER via direct email and to confirm from the Buyer that he signed the contract and is RWA
to proceed as signed.
5. Buyer will submit to The Aorney
Escrow a copy of Buyer’s signed Deed of Agreement contract for
confirmaon
in order to set up a transacon
process. The Buyer will also provide the Buyer’s BTC Wallet
Address to ThE Aorney
Escrow.
6. Once the transacon
has been established with the Aorney
Escrow, a copy of the Escrow Agreement
will be sent to the Buyer and to the Seller.
7. Buyer signs the Escrow Agreement and sends to the Seller for Seller to sign. The Buyer will send the
signed Escrow Agreement to the Aorney
Escrow.
8. The Aorney
Escrow signs the Escrow Agreement and sends a copy via email to both the Buyer and Seller
respecvely
for confirmaon
that all pares
are sasfied
with the Escrow Agreement and that all pares
are RWA to proceed with the escrow arrangement and its procedures.
9. The Buyer then requests an invoice from the Aorney
Escrow for payment of the BTC, and The Aorney
Escrow email an invoice containing the nominated bank coordinates for the wire transfer of the BTC, the
transacon
reference code and invoice numbers for each tranche.
10. The Buyer makes payment and sends a wire copy to The Aorney
Escrow for confirmaon.
11. The Aorney
Escrow confirms payment in their nominated bank escrow account.
12. The Aorney
Escrow sends via email an instrucon
leer
to the Seller confirming Buyer’s payment and
Buyer’s Wallet Address and amount of BTC to transfer for the Seller to immediately transfer the agreed
tranche amount of the BTC to the Buyer’s BTC Wallet Address.
13. The Buyer confirms the BTC received in his wallet that they are fully transmied
and per the agreed
tranche amount.
14. The Buyer then confirms via email to the Aorney
Escrow that the BTC has been received as agreed upon
and provides an instrucon
leer

Escrow is hereby requested by the Buyer to
release the payments to Seller and Consultants.
15. The Seller confirms to the Aorney
Escrow and the Buyer that funds have been received and transacon
for the tranche is concluded.

(3) PAYMENT GUARANTEE PROCEDURES
SECTION I: TRANSACTION PROCEDURES
1. Buyer mandate and seller mandate will communicate the offer and describe the transacon

2. Buyer shall show Proof of Funds for the First Tranche in currency required by the Seller and agreed as a

by the BUYER, the agreement will be signed by both
pares.

which will stand as a payment guarantee.
4. Within Three (3) bank working days aer
both Pares
have signed the Agreement, the Seller shall
uncondionally
instruct his bank to issue a cash backed bank dra
on Buyer’s provided (corporaon

personal) name which will stand as a payment guarantee in the amount of Fiy
Percent (50%) of the first
tranche.
5. Seller sends the bank dra
to Buyer’s, which shall be delivered via email to the Buyer.
6. Addionally,
the Seller’s issuing bank officer may place a call (to a direct mobile line of the buyer) at an
appointed me
to confirm the bank dra
to the Buyer or to the Buyer’s bank to confirm the transacon.
Buyer shall acknowledge via email to the seller that Buyer has received the payment guarantee and
confirmed a call from seller’s bank for the confirmaon
of the bank dra.
7. Seller shall within 24 hours of receipt of confirmaon
of the Buyer’s receipt and acknowledgement of the
payment guarantee, buyer will request an invoice for payment.
8. Buyer shall within 24 hours of receipt of invoice, make a payment to the seller’s provided bank
coordinates, and buyer shall provide a wire transfer receipt to the seller for confirmaon.
a. a. Seller has every right to use any fiduciary agent bank to receive his payment from any bank of
his choice with bank coordinates noted on the invoice.
9. Once the payment has cleared, the Seller shall within 24 hours, transfer all the BTC for the tranche to
buyers BTC wallet both pares
shall confirm the receipt and transfer of the BTC via email.
10. Within 24 hours of the transfer of the BTC, the Buyer shall make the remainder of the Fiy
Percent (50%)
amount to the Seller’s provided bank account. Buyer at this me

Offer: 100k+ BTC, ‑4% gross / ‑2% net (minimum contract 100k+ BTC, R&E using TD Dominion Bank Escrow)
Deal parameters:
Trading Volume BTC (€): 100k+ BTC
Net Discount: ‑4% gross / ‑2% net
Minimum contract: 100k BTC
Steps:
(1) Seller sends Satoshi after agreeing to the terms using TD Dominion Escrow
(2) AML & CIS deliverd by both sides
(3) Contract signed
(4) Buyer deposits the Funds enough for the agreed first tranche into the TD Dominion Escrow Bank
(5) Once confirmed by banking escrow officer, Seller moves coins immediatly
(6) Repeat process
