I don't think he can/he will. I don't see how/why he would sell them for 90% off if they were legit.

If they were actually legit i'd know tons of ways to get a higher return yield than just 10%. There's no way this dude doesn't.

Woops, I read that as 90% of the value, and hence 10% discount.

There's no chance in hell he's selling legit cards at that price.
