As long as we are working for that few bucks then they don't care much about the bounty hunters,there are many campaign managers don't care about payment dates and they don't even announce when the token will be distributed so if possible the team need to send the tokens soon after ICO completion because everyone os working for money.

A year ago, bounty hunting is simple, just register to participate and do the tasks, once the ICO ended, wait for bounty payment.
