Rough couple of days.  Gonna take some road teams tonight.  I'm gonna ride the Bucks.  They are giving 7.5 but I don't see them slowing down.  Also taking Memphis on the road as well.  They are giving 6.5

I like it. After the Bucks' first loss, they will want to get back on track to win more games.
Bucks -6.5 should be enough as Giannis is probable and Jrue Holiday is doubtful to play against the Thunder.

Another game where the Jazz is the underdog and this time it's against the Hawks. I will take the Jazz ML. Checked the injury reports, and only Vanderbilt is listed as questionable.

Orlando Magic vs Dallas Mavericks - Mavs -6.5 Christian Wood out.

Indiana Pacers vs Denver Nuggets

Indiana Pacers(5-5) are competitive this year and I predict this will be a close match against the Denver Nuggets (7-3). Though I still believe that the Nuggets will be able to defeat the Pacers in this game.

Boston Celtics vs Detriot Pistons

The Boston Celtics (7-3) is heavy favorite against the Detriot Pistons (3-8). The Celtics will be riding on the back of Jayson Tatum who is averaging 31 points per game on a 49.8% shooting percentage from the field. I think this will be an easy win by the Celtics.

Atlanta Hawks vs Utah Jazz

Most will probably go with the favorite in this match, but I want to take my chance with the young guns of the Utah Jazz. The Jazz are on 3 winning streaks on the road and they will probably extend that here in Atlanta. They had enough rest, and they are riding their good game toward their match against the Hawks.

I'm also thinking of betting on the Jazz spread or ML but I wasn't that confident so I shifted my pick to the Blazers -3.5 since the Hornets are struggling to get their 4th win and currently lost their last 5 games. The Blazers are up and down recently but they're doing okay on the road only losing to the Suns so far. The only downside with the Blazers are their winning margins on the road, most of them are within a single possession but at the same time, the Hornets have been losing by at least 4 points.

Taking the Chicago Bulls at +1.5 tonight versus the New Orleans Pelicans.  I know they’ve been playing pretty well and that Zion is also back playing pretty well but I’ve got faith in the Bulls who will be playing at hone to be able to come away with this victory.  Glad Zion is back and playing, makes it a lot more fun when my Bulls play the Pelicans that’s for sure.

Lots of entertaining games happened today and upsets.
First, Orlando Magic upsets Dallas Mavericks. Luka Doncic showed frustration in the last quarter and even threw the ball to the female ref. They had some exchange of words but he was not called for a tech.

Then, the Sacramento Kings also won against the Cavaliers. It was an intense game though but the Kings closed it in a very good manner. Made a good run in the last minutes of the game while the Cavaliers are making lots of mistakes. They badly need a ball handler.

Finally, the Jazz versus the Hawks. Beasley is a beast, 6/10 at 3 point line. Markkanen also reached his season high, 32 points. His career high is 35.

That game though is very entertaining, Sacramento took the lead, but then the Cavs with Mitchell hot shooting, takes the 3rd quarter. And it was really close in the 4th as the Cavs had a good lead. But the Sacramento can't be denied in their homecourt. And in the last 2 minutes, when the score was tied (I also thought that this game is going to be another OT). The Kings put a defensive gem on Mitchell, even Garland was limited in this game. And if I'm not mistaken didn't score double digits (I might be wrong). Good win for them at home, but for sure the Cavs are going to comeback.

With all the drama surrounding Kyrie Irving, I wonder if tonight might be a good night to bet on the Knicks to upset the Nets?  Then there's also Kevin Durant who can singlehandedly carry his team to a win on any given night.  Still, if I were ever going to bet on the Knicks taking down the new look Nets, I think tonight would be the night.  Not feeling confident enough to put any of my own money on the line for that feeling, but still I wonder if anyone else is willing to take that bet...  Any Knicks fans in here feeling good about tonight?

Took a hard pass on that game because it is still hard to bet against the Nets especially if they are against the Knicks and the Nets are still so unpredictable in my own perspective and took the Jazz ML instead. Watched their game earlier, the Knicks are nowhere near the Nets in any given quarter and KD had a triple-double with Seth Curry's help to carry the team.

Portland Trail Blazers will be riding from Charlotte to New Orleans. This will be the start of the 6 home games of the Pelicans, they better start it explosively.
I am betting on the home team. Pelicans -5.5

Another game that I'm looking is the Hawks vs the Jazz.

Might do some in game bets though, I wanted to see who is out and not going to play in this game from either team.

This is a good game for sure, Hawks are at home, a slight favorite but we know the Jazz, they had a good road record. I think I'll take the moneyline here since I really love the way they are playing, and look at the standing now, they are already the number 1 in the West, the team that is expected to tank are at the top. 

But Hawks had an impressive home record, they might not be perfect but they have a 4-1 record, and -3.5 is not hard to cover from a team who beat the an undefeated Bucks. Remember that Hawks beat the Bucks by 19 points and IMO, Bucks are the better team than the Jazz.

Fair enough but I think that the Hawks might've had it easier when they played against the Bucks last time, Giannis was already aching at that time that's why he didn't played that much. Mostly, he's playing for 30-35 mins per game but in that game, he only played 27 mins. But anyway, the Hawks still deserved that credit for stopping the Bucks streak. Sadly, the Utah Jazz caught them on their own home. Betting for an ML and spread that time was worth it.

I have the Pelicans-9, was that lined teased or was it made before Dame was listed as out?  Either way I'm still taking the Pelicans at -9.  Also taking the Hawks-1 at home versus the sixers.  Trae and Murray should shred the young sixer backcourt.  Hoping so at least for my bet lol.

I'll probably still bet on the Mavs here, they will need to have a good comeback win, they lost so badly last game against the Magic and Luka scored less than 30 points in that game, very uncanny for him.

So I will ride with the -4.5 with Mavs at 1.86.

Although the game that I'm interested to watch is the Hawks vs Sixers, seems to be this is the best game for tonight. The Hawks are in a run, but the Sixers wants to get back at .500.

I understand that the Pelicans will be the Favorites but just can't imagine the distance of the odds as Blazers are currently on a hot start this season.

Fans will miss the supposed face-off between Damian Lillard and his former Blazers duo for long, CJ McCollum on their tonight's matchup.

Pelicans -8.5 @ 1.85 should be a good pick. The handicap -6.5 @ 1.57 for them seems not a worthy pick for me.

The Dallas Mavericks (6-4) is trying to bounce back from their loss against the Orlando Magic. The Washington Wizards (5-6) are playing without their key player Bradley Beal which gives the Dallas Mavericks an edge over them. I believe this will be a close game since the Mavs are on the second leg of their back-to-back game.

Atlanta Hawks vs Philadelphia Sixers

The Atlanta Hawks (7-4) are the favorite to win against Philadelphia Sixers (5-6) in their match-up today. I bet on the Sixers to win against the Hawks who are on the second leg of their back-to-back game. Though Harden will not be playing because of an injury, I believe the sixers still have enough talent to bet the hawks on their home.

While I would agree that New Orleans Pelican have showed great prospects in this season but I really don't want to go with emotions because the only reason I'd have backed Pelicans on such lines is due to the unavailability of Damian Lillard and that's just to much lines to take solely because of him.

I've decided to back the Mavericks -5.5 vs Washington Wizard as my bet for this night.
