It should appear automatically on that same page once your transaction has 1 confirmation.

We are commonly asked how we know that you sent a payment. The address above was newly generated just for you, so when any BTC is sent to it, we will know to credit it to your account. It is all automatic.
The address can only be credited by you as you are the only one who has that particular receiving address, therefore, as soon as they receive the payment there should be a form that appears there.

You do not need to submit details.

The bitcoin address that is displayed on that page is unique to each account. Once the stated amount (0.00208333 BTC) has been paid to that address, the page you linked will automatically update to display a form which gives you the option of turning Copper Membership on or off.

That's all you need...
Once you have it, you get the choice:

I would say you have posted the topic where it belonged too. Don't worry.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

As the others have said but you might need to refresh the page after one confirmation.

You can check the status of your transaction by searching it on block explorers like btc.com.

Glad you figured it out already... I'd bet your country politicians are way better than those in my own country. Cry

PS: I'd suggest you lock this already to prevent further unnecessary responses, mine included.
