As an ex owner of a lottery based on cryptocurrencies, I can tell you it's not easy business to manage entries and 'select a winner' if the lottery is
NOT a scam and the system picking a winner is done correctly. Instead, lotteries that allow administrators to select winners are the biggest scams.
It's supposed to be random, even if 'random' doesn't truly exists in computer's world. Are there any crypto lotteries online regulators?
