Only if the market starts to revive again and shows a normal price increase, then again there will be a lot of weak projects and scams in the ICO, everything will go in a circle

Correction is over, bearish might be over as well.
Bitcoin is getting a good price movement lately so this could possibly push through.
It's not the same trend anymore that we see in the past 6 months and this seems to be bullish IMO.

If things will be different, this would be good for us, my prediction of 2019 is positive, not a new ATH but a big bounce back upward.

I think that the biggest problem for the cryptocurrency market is fraud among new projects. The crypto market is following the path of classic assets. IEO is very similar to IPO. On the exchanges where IEO will take place, large audit and analytical departments will be required. Or it will be externally. In a crypto environment, there are still no control and regulation bodies, but apparently this will be.
