is the termal paste quality important for GPU mininig ? We all use stock termal paste on the GPUs. is it better if we use better termal paste ?

There's absolutely no need of applying a new thermal paste on your GPUs if they're less than 1-2 years old.
If you've old GPUs, and the temperature of your GPUs is exceeding 90 degrees, apply a "good quality" thermal paste. Applying a bad thermal paste will only make things worse for you.

At some point you'l need to replace existing thermal paste (depending on the environment it can be in a year or two) If you are mining in hot environment it is very important I use this MX series | ARCTIC https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/mx-4.html

New thermal paste on the vram chips can boost this, but i think no one will change the thermal paste for every card. To much work for a little bit better hashrate.

Its better than nothing at all.It does really require some work and this isnt only for better hashrate but also as a part of maintenance to prolong these cards. I'd prefer to put up on 1 year time specially on high temp environment.

Thermal paste doesn't make hashrate "better".

I always use MX-4 for my thermal paste needs, whether for a GPU, CPU or ASIC. The tubes are usually around 2-4 grams, and sell for bless than $8-9 on a site like eBay or Amazon here in the United States. In terms of temperature, it's not the very best you can get by any means, but if you properly apply thermal paste the temperature difference between thermal pastes is very minor.
The stock thermal paste on most computer components is just fine, and you shouldn't replace the paste unless you have significant heat problems or you begin to notice higher temps over time. It's still good to keep a spare tube of paste somewhere in your house for an emergency just in case anyways. Shouldn't cost you too much.

As you know, as time goes your GPU/CPU needs thermal paste or otherwise it will be damaged by heat. Now when you use GPUs for mining, you have to use their max resources to achieve high hashrate, when they work on full load, they need thermal paste, the higher the quality, the longer it will cover your gpu from damage and also the less thermal paste you'll buy (yeah I know good quality worth more but finally you don't spend much).

No you don't need to change the thermal paste. Most GPUs these days are very low wattage compared to the 300-400 Watt GPU monsters we had 5 years ago. Most take less than 100 Watts from the GPU chip and the stock thermal paste is more than adequate.
I've changed it and had no difference what so ever, even on 5 year old GPUs. Maybe for gaming it makes a difference. I know that it made a huge difference on the CPU however, lowered the temps alot. But not so much for mining GPUs.

It is important if you have absolutely dried paste. Don't forget that VRM area and memory chips are very important for mining and these areas must have good heat removal.

Never seen anyone put Thermal paste on vram. Maybe you meant to say thermal pads. Pads are used because coolers aren't always fit properly to cover every area that needs cooling so the big gaps need to be filled to make contact with the heat sink.

I had to replace the thermal paste all my RX 470 and 480 reference model with more than two years of mining. Because when I sold the GPU for gamers ... they were overheating and presenting malfunction. The original thermal paste was completely dry In reference models..

Reference models cards are just so bad. why even make them. Same with nvidia blowers they need to stop.

Reference models cards are just so bad. why even make them. Same with nvidia blowers they need to stop. Some gamers buy the reference cards for easy compatibility with liquid coolers/waterblocks as the reference card designs are pretty uniform and many waterblock manufacturers make their blocks just for reference cards, but that's about all I can think of. They're usually priced lower than other cards of the same model to partially make up for some of their crappiness too.
