I have been researching for some time on how to become a legal entity to trade, to trade offshore, while legally paying taxes, but having access to places like bitmex, and legally paying taxes on it.

mistertango comes up a lot and I just want to ask about peoples experience with it. What makes it so ideal?

You really don't need services like mistertango to do what you are describing. If you are looking to become a "legal entity" to trade on anything I think what you are looking for is you building up your own holding company. You know the ones that make money out from trading assets. We might be not in the same page here but what you are just describing right now is you having your own company that is focused on trading which I presume should be independent from other services like the one you are talking about.
