Yes, it is public for other countries. Sukuk is used for huge projects: infrastructure, power plants, Airport, etc... Only big banks like Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Standard Chartered and States could afford to use it because of the huge adjacent costs. People think Sukuk is only for Islamic countries. It originates from there but today it is much popular in the west. Most international Sukuk are listed in London, Luxembourg, and Dublin. But because most of us cannot afford to invest in Sukuk (a single certificate would start from 100 000 USD), most people don't know it.
