Not that I know of or the team has made the community aware of. All I know is the token's going on exchange on Feb 14. The token will go live on Digifinex. Other exchanges are likely to follow. However, only digifinex has been unveiled by the team for now

MESG is now available on Digifinex for exchange/ Algorithmic Token Offering. Quoting from the newsletter:  
 

"In an effort to promote transparency and stability, MESG Tokens will be released using an innovative Algorithmic Token Offering (ATO). Tokens will be released to exchanges daily with quantities tied algorithmically to real volume in exchanges. For example, MESG may release 1% of the previous day’s trading volume. Daily sell metrics will be published on mesg.com for full transparency"

Bounty distribution is ongoing in batches. However, they seem to be paying the smaller rewards first to prevent dump. They're now pausing distribution to attend a two days program before resuming on the 1st and 2nd of next month.

Sell before the bounty tokens are distributed or if you doubt selling half of what you hold
I know you got it free so there is no burden

The question is what are you holding MESG for; the future potentials or speculation? And no, it doesn't need any exchange even Binance because the price is going to be determined by those holding the tokens - how much are they selling it for and how much are buyers willing to pay for it. Doesn't help that some bounty hunters don't give a flying f and are just throwing it away at any price. Best time to accumulate
