I like foods that are comfortable to prepare, not food that will take me a whole lot of hours. I like my local foods such as ikokore, eba, asunsun because they are easier to prepare. I also like rice and beans too; 50% rice + 50beans

Pizza lover's here too, i do find some comfort and relaxation every time I take the chance eating this food, as I felt like I win from something, a feeling of fulfilling your cravings,.by the way eating is a good way to release stress from your sorrounding so find your food to relax.

My favorite comfort food would probably be ice cream. I just don't know, whenever I feel sad, down, or when the world is against me. After a cup of ice cream it cheers me up but eating a big amount of it, would cheer the whole world up.

Well chocolates made me more hyper so I prevent myself from eating such specially at night

Nowadays, thanks to my son, he is making me very addicted to eating pizzas, previously my favorite food has always been hamburgers, but when you are a father, you have to please the little one in the house and in this case, that is happening to me. Did something like that happen to you? Oh and it turns out that my little boy of almost 4 years old still does not like hamburgers.
