This decision of weather to hodl coin or to sell is personal. It actually depends on individual because from the perspective that you see the project, you might feel the project will survive well in the future and hence decide to hodl and vice versa. I hodl when I feel I should and most times, I don't follow any hype to make my decision.

The proper way to do it, patience is a must when you are investing because what we are looking here is the right timing to sell.
When you sell at a wrong timing that would lead to loses and that is not what we want to see, we are here to be profitable and we take the risk even if it's high. Your strategy defines your future, if you will not act accordingly based on your strategy, you will surely experience a bad journey.

dont ever be true holder if we want not our asset decrease alot when market crashing.some time selling our coins in early bearish trend could be best choice too for us.

It is not the best solution for newbies, because they cannot trade. They are just buying coins and waiting till they would get their profit. You do not need to be greedy and even with holding you can get good profit.
