Check the wallet address if correct coz 6+ confirmation will totally get through.

If yes, then tell us if what kind of wallet did the receiver used or what wallet he/she's using, coz for some reason it will be a wallet synchronizing issue.

I don't use bitpay wallet so I'm not familiar with its environment but base on the picture it should be received by the receivers address. It's already 10 hours ago and its much easier to find out if you'll post the address of the receiver.

We can check it out if its already received if not, you should contact a support of bitpay and tell this problem. Maybe something wrong is on their end.

Are you sure is that same wallet address? Probably you copying other address instead address that you want to sent bitcoin.
I try to search this on google but found nothing except this faq which is probably different from your case.

@op I checked the TXID on 3 block explorers (links below) and its already confirmed, meaning to say the coins has successfully been moved from another wallet.

Now if the btc's still didn't arrive, it could either be: there's a wallet problem on the receiver's end or you mistakenly sent it to the wrong address (pls check).

What do you mean by this? So the receiver also used bitpay? Oh wait. did you sent the coins to a wallet you also own or from another person's?

Okay so you just send your btc to your own wallet address, right? by the label on your first screenshot Moved.

It just seems that your wallet address 17b8DJdfA4SLALDrwmRw6W2MtNjsbxyR6e has 0.23410000 BTC then you send the 0.00581535 BTC to your own wallet address 1G6kr3D68VwmkhRU8NjqxjBPgKLxCb73dv and the change (0.22826 BTC) goes here 1QAFEkZbDRnTRSCtDzE2r5aLaCc7C62tbY , that's why your total funds are now 0.234075 BTC because the fee of 0.00002465 BTC was deducted on the transaction.

And you're right it was sent, and you received it, but that's a waste of funds if you only sending your funds to your own wallet address.

I wonder why if there's no warning alert on bitpay that you're sending to your own wallet address, or you just ignore it.  Undecided

Thank you for clarification, I understend now. Well, I try to pay agen and agen but I get this screen:

https://i.imgur.com/MiElNsf.png

and when I click on "Copy paymanet URL" I get this:

bitcoin:?r=https://bitpay.com/i/BHjFJVqFN77cLnay9D5QU8

How do I pay from here?

When I click "Open in wallet" I open my bitpay wallet and it makes me pay in my own wallet like before

So how do I pay in this case?

Use one of those tools:

https://alexk111.github.io/DeBitpay/
https://decoder.bip70.org/

They extract the address and amount to send from the invoice URL.

Wait, so what actually are you trying to do? :bit confused:

Does the payment request (Invoice Page URL) made by you? or from some online shop you're trying to pay?

If it's made by you, why you have to pay for it?

And if it's from some third parties like a shop then it's normal and you should proceed.

I just checking this bitcoin:?r=https://bitpay.com/i/BHjFJVqFN77cLnay9D5QU8 and I remove the "bitcoin:?r="
After that, it shows BitPay invoice look at the image below

As you can see its expired but you can notice the hyperlink text "return to Paysafe" I just click it but it redirects me to this URL https://pay.skrill.com/app/?sid=a885d559f8ced8f2a34591157c9f227c&result=success

I don't think that "return to Paysafe" is connected to Paysafe card which is a scam (look at this review) but I just notice when clicking the Paysafe you will redirect to a blank page and it only shows the skrill URL.

Paysafe connects Skrill and BitPay for deposits. Paysafecard is also a part of Paysafe; I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews on that TrustPilot page you shared. I regularly deposit my bitcoin to Skrill (through Paysafe + BitPay) for web-hosting related purchases and have never faced any issues at all.

We can say that paysafecard is a scam only according to that TrustPilot page where posters doesn't provide enough details to confirm the scam attempt. Paysafegroup is a big compagny with a good rate. I didn't find accusations against it, only by users having big issues.
I also regularly deposit my bitcoin to Neteller (through BitPay) for NameCheap services and have never faced issues.
