I don't think anyone can predict when will the bull come again, there are much rumor in last year the market will recover again, as you know it never happened in last year, anyway, I have invested my hard money in this shit market and hope it raise again.

Obviously, No one in this forum knows when the bull run might happen as far as I understood its better to hodl coins and wait for our turn until the market turns green also keep faith on crypto you will get back your hard earned money with profit.

Exactly, there's no actual time table whether the value will start to rise and the bull will simply showed up and bring the market to another good run but eventually it will happen, we just need to hold if we believe or sell out if we are no longer interested in waiting for another hype, try to assess deeper and never to stick with someones opinion.

Honestly, I am not sure whether bill run will come in 1st quarter of 2019. Even if the bull run, my prediction will be after the Chinese New Year in early February, probably end of February.

Keep on dreaming. You really think its that easy for the prices to increase x100? Not going to happen. And you are talking about those bounties you got, chances are they won't increase, unless they are being intentionally pumped. You will need to be extremely lucky for that to happen.
No one know when you shall be "seeing" it. Keep on thinking that crypto currencies will bring you riches and then suffer in the long run.

In my opinion, there will be no bull run in 2019. There are just too many people waiting for bulls to come. As long as that is so, there will be none. But that is just my opinion. Of course, i do not know if that is right or not.

So you're one of those with the "get rich quick" mentality, huh? I got news for you, we won't see a bull run in a very long time. It's very unlikely that we'll see one this year as there isn't (and probably won't be) a clear "catalyst" that could trigger massive buying pressure in 2019. This will probably be a slow year with gradual increases in prices so you won't see your portfolio increase x100.

Also, since you have that mentality, I'd say you're probably holding a bunch of shitcoins worth less than $1 because you think they'll go up in value when the next bull run hits the market...to be honest, chances are that those shitcoins/bounty tokens that you're holding will probably dissapear before the next bull run hits the market so I'd recommend you to either dump them all or convert them to a legit altcoin or to bitcoin just so you don't lose your money.

BULL run is dependent on when the decision about Bakkts institutional investors option is getting approved. New ATH will come after that.

I think that we will see some limited  pumps according to events like Bakkt launch
Party will start before halving what is scheduled on May 2020 but accumulation will start year before
Before btc pump we will see altcoins pump starting from doge what i suppose will be pumped minimum 3x

Have you joined this forum just to get quick money I must disappoint you, nobody knows when the market will recover, and under given market conditions you will not make a profit just by participating in bounty campaigns. You should learn more about the specifics of the cryptocurrency market.

all this time, what appears is only a prediction, so don't expect too much that in the next few months the crypto price will return to its peak because in my opinion, it will still take a long time to recover from better market conditions.
