We have to keep calming ourselves avoiding mistakes in terms of speculating, there's no assurance that bull will be there as we expected best to keep holding and wait till the actual movements happen, take the risk and enjoy when everything has been turned to our favors it will happen in its perfect timing so just hold on and be more patients.

I never said these kind of words because I knew it will not be happen. I have told we will see the 2014 again. Bitcoin price will be stable for a long time like more 1 or 2 years and after 2020 or in 2020, we will see market will recover and BTC will reach at ATH again. Excellent opinion, I fully agree with you, 2019 will be a turning point and we will not see the peak values for the coins, but it is a good prospect to buy good coins for future growth. Of course it will happen. You just need to look at the bitcoin chart from the beginning of its existence.

In the beginning of march bull run should occur. ethereum hard fork should happen in the end of february, etf decision should be taken close to that date as well

Chinese New Year and US Tax are "events" that historically add a downside pressure on the price. Probably any news on Bakkt or ETF, even if super great, will not be powerful enough to counter.
So my current prediction is "maybe even later than March".
