I think your first quarter call of bull run seems to be right, the performance of most of the Altcoins this year so far has been extremely good and I expect this to continue, till march. With the way things are I feel we have hit the bottom of the bear market but likely that we will see some side ways movement before another upwards price movement

Nobody can answer questions like this. There are just too many variables in the crypto sphere. Topics like this were daily in 2018 where the question was similar or same, how someone wants to know when will the next bull run starts. The topics got many answers and as you can guess almost 99% of the answers were wrong.
There were some lucky hits purely filled by blind chance, but still, 99% of the answers are completely useless. When you cannot see the future, it is impossible to answer.

I think the bull run would happen this year but not this early. There are lots of development that should happen first. We all know that the prices of bitcoin these days is unpredictable. What we need to do is to have more patience and just wait for the right time to sell.

100x increase is I think very unlikely.
Absolute max marketcap that we had was only about 7x current prices, so 100x is I think unrealistic, at least in the medium-term.
Certainly some coins can increase 100x, but these will be some of the very low cap coins - and the vast majority of low cap coins will not experience anything like that growth, and many will actually fall in price.

As for when we can expect a bull market, I'd say we'd need prices 2x what they are now before we could say the bear has ended. Maybe March, maybe not.

From the previous year by the starting of every month it is predicted to grow, but till date nothing has happened big. This has outlawed the predictions put forth by crypto experts. At times very small growth took place and after a long now positive signs of market growth is felt all around. We don't know what's gonna happen in the falling months.

You are not the only person waiting for this great day to come but it isn't coming that faster. Do not worry yourself with when this is going to happen because this will create a lot of suspense so get something else doing before we get to this period of the greens.

I can't say any predictions but of course nothing is wrong to predict the coming bull run. Maybe October will have great time to bull the market because maybe that time some of things will be fine in the market.

That kind of thinking is what gets people in trouble they think that the bull run should have happened already and then they invest thinking they will only have to wait for a few weeks to see great profits and when it does not happen they sell for a loss, the bull run will happen when it is the right time and not before, if you are a long term investor I do not understand why you worry about this since you will be invested in whatever coins that you like when the bull market finally appears.

Price is really stable its good for shortime / day trader bitcoin. But for alt coin price movement is really unpredictable because there is to many alt coin in the market and also new alt coin is born every day . So its really difficult to predict all those bull market timing
