For me, I believe hodling can cause longer bear market because hodling can prevent the dumping of bitcoin and another altcoins to its BOTTOM price where we can see the start of the big BULL run. HODLing for me is a good idea to gain profit but it also have its bad effects to the market.

There is no reason in another, it is the approval of the SEC, plus a number of futures, and of course the main components are Manipulative actions of Major players, they have been trying to drive these Holders from the market for a year, and buy their assets at low prices, some of them have successfully managed to do

If you lose some money with that coins, holding is the best thing to do right now. Because of there no loss you until holding that coins. The holding depends on what coins have in your wallet. Then please check out your coin's projects future updates to predict more things.

Don't blame holding.

And what you are saying is contradicting, you said that holding can cause bear market and at the same time you said that it can prevent dumping. I just can't get it with this part anyway, regardless of anyone's holding if the market starts to rise it's not because of holding but its because of the demand.

As I said in other posts, I still think that in the current market conditions the best strategy is to hold. It is very difficult to apply other types of system without losing more money. Good luck!

I do not think that Hodl carries negative consequences for the market, because only because of the bear market the number of holders increases!

no, holding will cause even bigger dumps that is why we keep seeing huge drops in altcoin prices specially the big ones with the biggest pumps.

holding means people are exiting the market and leaving it to the whales and they always make more money by dumping and shorting the shitcoins at the same time and it is easier to dump an altcoin when newbies are bag holding it instead of trading it actively.

additionally holding or bag holding means there are a lot of weak hand bag holders who are going to lose a lot of money (like 80% of their investment) and then one day decide they have had it with that shitcoin and start panic dumping and cause a sharp drop.
again you can see this in many of the big altcoins that have been getting dumped. the panic sell when the bag holders give up is always a big one.

Yes, I agree that the panic sell of HODLERS will make an important part of making BITCOIN go down at the dip, but many HODLERS have already learned to be calm on this bear market instead of panicking that's why the bear market is very long. That's my point.
And I'm one of those HODLers.

I dont think so. What if you ask at the high price but it is never done, is that called "hold"? Or Do you think buy and sell at the current price is no a "hold"?

Hodling doesn't give a lot of contribution to create panic sell and bear market. The main reason is when there are some parties try to take the advantage from others. Is there a wrong thing for those hodlers? If they are getting panic and the market will go even lower. You can't even give where's wrong with holding.

I do not believe holding  a particular coin can cause the bear in market. At times, it's best to hold some coins if you're in a very big loss. When you hold your coins in bear market, you will have your gain when those coin rise, as they can't just keep falling forever.

Yes it may cause as the demand and supply will not be there If not how can we expect pump? Also we cannot blame the holders as they have Invested their hard earned money and waiting patiently Just to see a bull run in the market.

Holding is never going to hurt the market because it causes the bitcoin demand to increase but when the traders and whales causing this bear market to stay longer.

make a long-term holding strategy while waiting for the bull market is double-edged on one side we do not sell anything at a loss but on the other hand we risk that altcoin is no longer worth anything

I do not think that holding affect the crypto currencies prices. There are a lot more reasons for the market instability and as soon as the market is going to recover its value people would get more active and would start investing in a lot of new projects.
