in my opinion not necessarily what you think is the same as what other people think ... so it doesn't hurt if we explain about bitcoin to others ... the more people know about bitcoin the better for the development of bitcoin itself

explaining btc to others doesnt have to be time specific .  you can teach them anytime or much better if you can  do it as early as possible because time is precious and time is running out.   The longer the bitcoin exist and the more btc had been mined , the value can also increase  . you dont want someone to be late if ever that time comes  are you ?

whenever you can explain to everyone about bitcoin, I hope you understand bitcoin in detail before explaining to others, if you explain it, they will send various questions so I hope you can give the correct answers and explanations. In Bitcoin, you can get profit and loss so you have to take steps. in low market situations, it is better to trade to make it easier to make a profit.

Its never wrong to explain and introduce bitcoin to other people, but never force them to invest, and if they want to invest you mees to explain the risk and how the price movement works, if you can explain correctly then they wont label bitcoin as scam product, we need to keep on introducing bitcoin to other people so there will be more users and more users mean that bitcoin could be more valuable

You ain't introducing them to the price rather to the product worth and the inherent value of bitcoin. If anyone thinks it is a scam based on the price being at a low, they do not yet understand the concept behind this technology.

Anytime is the right time to explain about bitcoin to others ,provided that the person you have to explain is good normal mood not a trouble mind ,so that you can explain more about bitcoin, and explain to him the true concept of bitcoin, not the current situations of the market ,because from time to time , that person will really understand what is bitcoin and cryptocurrency all about.

I don't see why not. The price doesn't have to be extremly high to be worth explaining and recommending to others, if that is what you thought.
In fact now it's maybe better time for newbies to join the Bitcoin because price is not fluctuating that much and not so much funds is needed for buying Bitcoin. You can and should explan all the theory but the best education is on practical example so everyone should try on its own.

I think every time is the right time to explain about bitcoin to others. You should explain about this bear market why this happening. You can tell them that they also need to make own research about bitcoin and the crypto market. I believe after researching on bitcoin and the crypto market, they may not think that it is a scam.

If you can explain to them the difference between scams and Bitcoin they won't say it's a scam. People think it's a scam because sometimes the news media can be misleading. There's no right or wrong here the price could still go down and not all people will invest right away after you explain how it works. I've told Bitcoin to several of my friends only one of them was interested he barely bought any Bitcoin and most of what he had came from mining.

News media are misleading people. They speak for the government and I don't think any government will like the control go away from them. If you become you own bank then why would you go to the banks created by others. If you don't go for traditional banking then how would the government will know how much you have? How will they threat you to freeze your account if you don't listen them?

So ya, I don't get wonder when media mislead people.
