I don't care about anyone who said bad or good things about crypto but myself. Since I've experience it by myself, I can say that crypto is the new way of transaction and new way of investment. I keep believe it no matter what will happen !

when a government takes it's stand against something, people of that country will express similar thoughts, especially in Asia where most of the governments use law enforcers to keep citizens silent ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

In a report earlier this week, it was gathered that a recent survey conducted in China brought a result of 66% saying there's no need for Bitcoin and other cryptocurencies. Do you consider this a FUD or it's the actual representation of their thoughts?
For any survey to be conducted there will be a set of rules that they follow and they have to release that details to understand the depth of the survey. It is not necessary or mandatory to hold anything, investing into something is individual choices and if someone is not interested does not mean that everyone has to follow his practices.

The level of acceptance of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in any country is not expected to be up to 50%. Cryptocurrency is still in it growing stage. This can not be consider as FUD.

I have been around in this cryptocurrency space to know that this is a fud. Price in crypto market is driven by the factor of speculation . So this is just a fud to get the prices of cryptocurrency to fall ,so they can bag some more.

if seen from the statement, maybe it's just from their thoughts, I'm sure if they know bitcoin I think they will be in bitcoin and that's a sure thing and they won't avoid bitcoin.

Any one saying bitcoin or cryptocurrency is unnecessary is just spreading FUD(fear uncertainty and despair) and this are the reasons why cryptocurrency has not gotten to it maximum

That might be a biased survey. If they really think that way, they wouldn't be one of the countries with the highest volume by mining. As far as I'm concerned, cryptocurrencies are necessary since in the future, modern problems will arise and it will be the solution.

Who conducted the survey and what were the questions asked and what is the age range, these factors should be considered for the survey to be factual or is it just made to look that Bitcoin is not needed, a survey can do that, depending on the questions and who commissioned it, if the government then the result will be favorable to them.

They don't need it? If they didn't there wouldn't be a ban in China.
Yes they really dont need it thats why they already banned it but i heard that lately they are now unbanning it again . confusing isnt it ? Maybe not all chinese didnt like crypto because we know the fact that chinese people are mainly business mens . they are willing to risk in any investment including bitcoin just to earn a profit . But overall , chinese people do have a point . crypto is not really necesary because people can still live freely and happily without it . we still have our own local currency . They don't literally need it to live, but the interest has shown they want it. If there's no need for something you don't need to take action and you don't need to restrict it or ban it. It will die on its own. They banned it and kept restricting it for years. First they forbid banks to deal with exchanges then banned exchanges totally and later restricted mining. People want it and see an opportunity but they are living in a country where human rights mean nothing.

China banned Bitcoin and stop all cryptocurrency exchanges but we all know that there are still a lot of Chinese people who are into cryptocurrency and holds a big portion of it while being discreet so their government would not track them. I think only their government says that cryptocurrency is not necessary while their people is keep using it.

Well this is something that no one believes, the Chinese community in bitcoin and altcoin is very big, there are many operations and negotiations that come from China, suffer many inhibitions, however, they take the path of technology to participate, this It is not the feeling of the entire Chinese people. In addition, that option is not viable.

I will consider this post as fuds and spam as it did not include the source link of the article, this seems like a makeup survey to justify the government from banning and restricting cryptocurrency in China, as we all know you cannot make something that is not in accordance with the government of China this is just meant to favor the government propaganda.

Firstly we need to remember that Bitcoin is not a central currency of any country. So why peoples are thinking as a FUD? We saw many kinds of news which against bitcoin acceptance but is there stopped bitcoin? NO. So just walk and walk forward to the destination, don't behind to dark.

66% of 1.4 billion Chinese is 936 085 212. This means about Four Hundred Million (482 225 716) Chinese people want Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency or are OK with them. This is a very important number if you ask me. I know they probably surveyed thousands of people but a number close to this could still be obtained on a large scale

Majority of the Bitcoin users worldwide are from China. I don't know the exact number but I think that they are just creating a FUD. Chinese are really believers of cryptocurrencies.

Of course it is. If your government had the right to public executions and tortures, you'd be afraid to speak freely. Had bitcoin been banned in my country, I'd have reasons to claim that I'm not using it and don't need it, even if it was a lie. For me the best proof that people in China need Bitcoin is that it allows them to travel with undisclosed amounts of money, which circumvents local laws. When you are a citizen and have a house in China you can't sell it all just like that, pack money into a bag and board a plane. Bitcoin changes everything.
