A fresh new start for Romanian Crypto-Exchanges

We all know the current Romanian crypto-scandals. It's a bad time to be operating in this market in Romania. Legislation is rough, market is bearish, but we trust in this market and the economic system that comes with it.

We're trying to bring a fresh start for Romanian crypto market. vTrader is a product that I and my colleagues just launched after two years of hard work. Effort which is reflected in careful legal documentation, vTrader's secure infrastructure and compliance with every authority we interact with.

On vTrader you can:

• Exchange crypto
• Issue vouchers with crypto for friends

Seems like there's a lot of new exchange recently. What makes your exchange standout from other exchanges? The voucher and free bank charge?

How will you compete with exchanges like DX.Exchange who provide tokenized stock? Or your market is only for Romanian users?

On top of that, there's no information about the team? Are you operating anonymously?

no one can really trust in the long run the cartelled exchanges, the corruption smell and the lobbyism smell is eternally comming from everything they touch

"pseudo state" legislation wont help a lot at all...

in germany there is now already a 100% free cryptoexchange

Hello. The exchange is for the EU market, but our target audience is mostly Romanian users. We consider that our exchange has the following advantages:

• A very responsive support team
• Security: when depositing any crypto, we automatically move everything in a cold wallet, for which the private key is kept offline. We only keep 10%-15% of the funds in hot wallets.
• Indeed, we consider vouchers and free transfers between users to be an advantage and a cool feature.

Thank you for your reply and interest in checking it out . Regarding the team: We are a team of 3 young entrepreneurs (aged 25-25-26). Our background is proficient in programming and blockchain development. TBH, we didn't update the website with an "Our Team" section, because we thought that not having any famous advisors or other well-known figures in the team makes it irrelevant. But you do have a point, and we will strongly consider updating the website with a section about the team very soon.

Its a pity that a few bad eggs spoil reputations for the rest of the people so easily

I don't know but it seems to me the best method to promote a crypto exchange platforms is through bounties or signature campaigns. If you hadn't done it so there's a possibility that it will take some time before the forum can used your site. I'm sure that you have posted this in your local board so good luck in your endeavor.

Thanks for the feedback . User stats are not yet available, as we have couple of days since launching.

The nice thing, however, is that the orders will complete pretty fast no matter the number of active users, because our order matching engine will fallback to completing your orders on other bigger exchanges if there is no activity in the buy wall from our platform in due time.

We're making a plan to create some signature campaigns, but we would like to do it a little bit different and very controlled. The risk is that signature campaigns tend to head in the direction of spammy content in many places, whereas my idea of promoting the platform is quality content and user interaction. I would love to buy crypto with Euro and made transactions through mobile phone. I hope the first listed coin on your exchange platform will be Aegeus (AEG)

The exchange is up and running, and you can already deposit EUR. Also, the traded coins are:

You got the point but its just a common suggestion where new companies or sites do commonly launch campaigns.I cant deny for it to be spammy specially on signature but the fact
thats one of the best path to scatter awareness of your new exchange.

Thank you for your feedback. We now focus on the quality of the services and the responsiveness of the support. My vision is a long term platform, which acts according to the user’s needs. Right now, we’re trying to slowly build trust and establish in the market . We’re focused on the quality of the overall process and user retention. We are working on the UI as well, but we’re trying to approach the market correctly and focus the attention on the things that are really important for the user, such as responsiveness of the support team, security and the speed of the fiat-to-crypto operational process.

Reputation is always a funny thing. You can do great things for a long time and do one bad thing and everything in the past unravels. Doesn't work the other way round though. You could be a criminal for a long time and turn a leaf, and they'll never forget your past. Which is why I tend to give people and crypto businesses here a lot of chances to get past bumps especially in business where things are never what they seem in new sectors.

My eternal advice to exchanges: ultimately, you're in the service industry. Customer service. Be good, be transparent, take care of people. Scale quickly, never let people wait or be frustrated.
