I have some tokens that I want to transfer to my other wallet but don't have enough ETH to pay the fees and buying via exchange would take too much time. So, I am buying 2USD worth of ETH via Paypal. I will pay 4 USD.
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You have posted more than 2 days ago. I think no one want to make the deal. I can give you 2$ eth if you can refund 4$ eth by 24 hours. Sorry I wont take paypal.
