Generally I hear sound tracks from different sources or classical music

Nice one. I do that as well  Also like to turn some elevator and lounge music, it is so relaxing and makes the situation look easier and even funny. Also, some electro music, especially techno, can help. It empties your mind from negative thoughts or any thoughts, really.
