Generally I hear sound tracks from different sources or classical music
What do you usually hear ? 

I usually listen reggae music on when Im so stressed on my work, And going to beach release some of my problem and be chill. Reggae music is one of my favorite, Cause of this get me some relaxing music and my spirit will be so calm if I heard this reggae music.

Listening music is my hobby all the time if Im so bored.

Just listen to Enya. My favorite songs are "Wild child" and "Boadicea", but there are many other good songs.

Everytime I want to relax even I dont understand the language as long as the melody is good, I listen to it.

Like korean songs especially Yiruma's piano collection, its relaxing and suits for people who like mellow music.

When I get stressed I don't try to hear music which is going to relax me.
I select hip-hop/rap/trap something that will turn the stress into motivation and it will make me work harder and more efficient as it will make me concentrate more on my goals by hearing the lyrics.

I have created a playlist as per my mood type like sad/happy etc. So when I am feeling low or sad mostly it is a smoothing musical instruments being played or some motivational songs are on the playlist which just boost you up and get back to your normal mode. As longer you are sad lesser you will be productive in that time.

Lately whenever I am feeling very stressed out I like to listen to techno or electronic dance music.
The music can put you in a trance state of mind that allows me to relax and focus.
This is because of the unique blend of beats and sounds that usually you would not hear on public radio.
