What exactly did you do? My guess is that you sent BCHABC from Binance to a Bitcoin deposit address on an exchange called Koineks. Is that right?

You will have to contact the exchange, Koineks, and see if they are willing to import the private key(s) for BTC into their BCHABC wallet. Unfortunately, most exchanges are unwilling to do this.

     Since you sent it to Koinecks, Koinecks is the only one that has the private keys. There is nothing realistic that we can recommend that you do other than contacting Koinecks support.

Since English isn't your 1st language I can help you out writing the message if you want, or ask for help in the thread and I am sure someone will give a hand.

This is some information I managed to pull from their FAQ section:

Quote
I have transferred BTC from my BTC wallet to my Koinex BCH wallet.

This is an invalid transaction.

There are clear instructions on the deposit page, that you must not transfer anything apart from BTC to a BCH wallet.

Please send the transaction hash and we may be able to retrieve it for you, however it will take 7 - 10 working days.

Their support will be able to help you but it takes time, it says 7-10 working days but who knows this can easily be 20 working days. Just be patient.
Send them the the transaction hash and explain the problem.


Edit: I just realised there is also an exchange called Koineks, Turkish one, probably that is the one you have problems with, sorry for the confusion.

Makes me wonder, does he assume that they don't want to help him: because they aren't responding (yet), or have their told him that there isn't much that they can do. Too bad there is a language barrier here, and a lack of input from OPs side.

If it concerns a genuine minded exchange they will do whatever they can to refund OPs coins. I'm however afraid that there is a possibility for them to ignore everything and just hope that OP gives up on his coins. Horrible situation it is to be in.

Can you give the email you sent to their support? did you explained what happened to you? there were cases like this before but not with koineks and those exchanges involved helped the person who sent to the wrong address. Like they said, koineks is the only one that can help you to recover your coins.
If you don't mind, how much BCH you sent wrongly?
