I have this newbie account harassing me out of no where.

He randomly left me negative trust with ZERO prior contact of any kind.  He then proceeded to post on my threads and continues to leave more negatives.  He can hardly speak properly..lol

He seems to be advertising some shady website called bitcoincheaters.com all over this forum.

Is there anything that can be done?

Don't worry much about an untrusted feedback. That guy is a troll. Anybody who visits your trust page can have a positive impression after looking at your other trusts feedback. That non DT trust is not even reflecting in your trust rating.

Wow, this guy looks desperate - he left you five negative feedbacks without any reference. I don't believe that he are doing it without any reason. Maybe in past you reported him or his alt as scammer and he is angry at you.
He isn't DT member, so his feedbacks doesn't affect your trust score. But this red color definitely doesn't looks goid on your profile. Unfortunately, not much can be done, because trust aren't moderated on Bitcointalk. I'm not sure, maybe some DT members can red tag him for leaving fake trust.

But trust spam is moderated. It's a pure spam and should be cleaned such feedback. I wish theymos gives a little attention to it. OP can pm theymos or wait for an answer from some more experienced persons.

Trust spam isn't allowed. If I see anyone posting dozens of fake trust ratings (from one account or many alt accounts), I will delete all of their ratings
