Why X14 Based Coins are no more? or Why Devs stop working on this algo?

Is X14 algo really different from X11 algo? Not really. Just a couple of more algos packed into one mining protocol. What keeps these coins alive is not the algo, but the premise of future value. If there is no hope of future value, nobody is going to mine them, they lose value, get abandoned, and end up dead.
