The EUCX public presale would run from May 1st, 2019 to June 30th, 2019. One needs to register and undergo a standard KYC to be eligible for the token sale.

KYC for to participate in an ICO  this is so 2017 You should have go to IEO route instead of ICO. In this way you don't need to ask for KYC documents for possible investors since exchange already taken care of it.
