now the price is too low to sell unless you really need the money you invest in crypto. It's better to be patient, wait a moment to see if the market will recover.
Yeah, its not the best time for selling your coins because its too cheap. Today is the right time for you to invest more, grab it now. After a short pump we are seeing now the market in a bloody red again, but its ok since this is just a preparation for a bigger pump so keep on buying especially bitcoin.
Those who are in need are the one who decide whether to sell or find another way to have money and leave the crypto alone till it get higher. For me, it doesn't matter if I sell it because I earn it and be my options when I need an extra money. Though the price is low, I have to get it and earn again.

Dear GOD/GODS and/or MEMBERS OF SUPER-INTELLIGENT ALIEN CIVILIZATIONS: Please let CHAUL JHIN KIM win the NEW ZEALAND POWERBALL JACKPOT. He will use the money to set up his own RESEARCH LAB and find the CURES for CANCER and AGING! He will release the CURES into the PUBLIC DOMAIN! (a la Jonas Salk) EVERYONE regardless of wealth will no longer need to SUFFER! CHILDHOOD CANCER will also be HISTORY! Thank you! - A Faithful Believer. P.S. If anyone is reading this then please pray with me!

Everyone knows that this is a bad time to sell. Yet there are people selling off out of dienchantment. What alternatives are there instead of selling your crypto on the low? https://cryptoinfowatch.com/sell-your-bitcoin-cash-lenders-coming-to-the-rescue-of-wearied-hodlers/
Selling your Crypto Currencies does not mean you are selling low all the time, most of the traders are selling anytime and any kind of market condition as long as it is profitable and they will earn a profit by doing it. Professional traders always find an opportunity whether the market is in a bullish state or in a bearish state and there is nothing wrong about it as long that the person knows what is he/she doing and knows the risks of this kind of industry.

Lots of people with weak hands sell as soon as the first sign of trouble appears. People who makes big money are the people who HODL through tough times.
But people who make even bigger money are people who do trading and take advantage of the market situations with due diligence. Hodling is a good way to earn a profit in the long run and I agree about it. Smiley

The deep fear of making many people sell crypto they have, they see crypto price movements that always go down and ultimately the price decreases over time. Many people think to avoid the risk of greater losses and in the end they sell crypto in a state of loss, only people who are able to be patient and always have confidence in what they invest that will eventually become winners and benefit through what they invest, I still believe crypto will be able to provide benefits for me and that is why I will continue to hold the crypto until it's time I have to sell and in the end it will be able to profit through crypto.

in conditions and situations like today many crypto currency investors are experiencing fear and panic with a decline in the increasingly down crypto currency that might sell their crypto investors who panic when that happens

Not everyone who is selling now bought their cryptos at a high price in 2017, some of them have had their assets since 2016 or earlier, some of them could also be either loosing their trust in the market or just trying to stay away from it at least for now.

Crypto prices will always move, sometimes go up and sometimes go down, and those who invest crypto will also have felt the pleasure of the investment profits and have also suffered losses from crypto investments. Profit and loss is very reasonable in an investment, because indeed every time there will be a price movement, and finally we must realize that those who succeed and can get big profits through crypto investment are people who understand what they invest and have knowledge that wide range of factors that can influence price movements and be patient in waiting for rising crypto prices.

people who think bitcoin will continue to fall till it gets to zero are the ones selling off their bitcoins. once they hear anything they are off to sell without critically analyzing things.

That would be the worst trader I would knew.

Investors should wait and be patient in the current market. We don't know what might happen, we don't know what is happening but all we know is that it is really bad to sell right now. If they can't stomach the current market, they should not focus on the crypto market right now, they should focus on other things so they will not worry to their investments.

Those people who already pissing off are also selling as they losing the trust that they've have when they first invest to this industry, accepting that losing is also part of investing and trying to move forward, or trying to sort things out and do some short trade so they can make a break even, but that's another risk as the market is really volatile and bearish seems to overpower again the bull try.

Well weak hands selling their coins because they are panic and big whales playing big game with investors.
price will rise very soon and weak hands will sell all coin and then they will regret.
When whales will done with market then market start rising, they just want to buy all coin at cheap prices. Good Luck!

I think that only stupid people sell their coins and they will lose their money because of their own financial illiteracy
Trust me they are going to be so sad in future because selling  now is the bad thing which makes price fallen more and more for other investors at the same time it’s not good for you because now it’s ‘time to buy more not to sell out. Most of the time whales use this trick to buy at low price. They sell high number of bitcoin to dump the market then again buy low to hold so keep holding and don’t be a whale.

The people selling off their Cryptos aggressively are those that don't know what crypto is all about. Those selling crypto are the ones that don't know that crypto is here to stay. Those selling off their crypto are that have not make out time to research on past  historic data of crypto.
In other words, some joined crypto in Dec 2017 just because of the bullish market crypto is into, and seeing that crypto price went down, they sell. Some expected that there will be a bullish market in the Dec 2018,but that never happened so they sell.As it stands, some don't even research on crypto they invested in.Some don't know that crypto needs time to be developed. So,once impatient people  see their predictions are not met, they start selling.
However, some have not known that the people that made huge amount of money in crypto didn't make it by selling aggressively. Some of them hold crypto for 4 years or more. They don't care if the market is moving up and down. These are verified facts some may not know, but that is the truth.

there are several variations of coins that have stable prices, there is another reason than you mentioned is that they choose to play safe while not too monotonous to survive with bitcoin, other assumptions are also related to trading various altcoins and they must sell their bitcoin assets to prospects profit. But I'm sure they also know when it's time to go back to Bitcoin.

The Market is too much risky now and getting in now can be risky for short term traders. If you want to enter for long term and have the tendency to hold the coins, then its no risk and that's good time to buy. Even if prices go down a bit more, they will recover very soon.

I think these are short-term investors or not crypto followers. They only invest in the movement and the bad market makes them fear and sell all the coins they are holding. At this point people should think and make reasonable decisions to avoid losses. For me, I continue to invest more and wait.

these times are different. it is not like u invested 15,000 and lost to 6000 in a quick flash. the price at 3600 can be volitile. i think the flash crashes wont be as bad. the most it can be affected is at a drop to 2400. only a 1000 drop. u never know to hold at the moment. the moment can go back up to 4200. its just depend on the investor.

The current price decline in the market is indeed a bit surprising, because many experts estimate that this year the crypto price will soon surge, after experiencing a severe crisis last year, but in reality crypto is still having difficulty achieving its best price
Honestly I am a little bit surprised as well, while I was not expecting a huge recovery I was expecting at least a recovery of bitcoin to its previous price of 6000 and remain there for some time, but instead the price went down again, however the price does not move in a linear way and after some movement forward taking a few steps back seems natural so I am still not giving up and I still think we will see something like that during the next months.

Lots of investors expect the bull run at the onset of 2019, since this is not happening, lots of individual that HLOD had to sell of in order to have access to basic amenities amd also meet personal needs. Be strategic like the whale in order to earn big.
Not really sure what this means as the OP and subsequent debate is about the categories of those selling and the reasons why. If people are selling because they need their money then they probably did not invest what they could afford to lose which is one of the basic principles of investing.
