I think this type of transaction can be made from local place only. If you are legit then try to marketing on your local place if it is an scam attempt then nothing to say. You would not be able to trade a single btc here base on your terms. It might be happen if you have lots of trade history and you are high ranked person here.

Actually you’re wrong. If a law firm is the escrow they can send at the same time to them- if it checks out then the buyer/seller will see it.
