Our TOS state that we are eligible to enforce certain rules and/or procedures on a user in case of X, Y, Z, nevertheless it is just a possibility instead of a must. Basically, apply when needed.

Unfortunately, due to the complex and diverse nature of our operations, we can't describe/predict every single procedure, requirement, example in our T&C, therefore they are left general for the most part without very specific descriptions (in some points).

Let me put it this way. It is in our best interest to process withdrawals immediately and provide no hassle for the user (KYC and other checks as an example). Since a happy user is a returning user.

This casino is licensed and operates not only within the license requirements but also international AML, other laws/procedures, payment method requirements, game provider requirements and have to comply with complex affiliate partner (communities and aff.) requirements.

Indeed, it is the old logo of "Cubits" which we used for Crypto->Fiat payment processing.

Best I have seen was iphone or something, I have never seen a vacation to one of the most expensive places on earth, on an hotel. I think its just hotel booking that is covered right ?
