great work, you (PLNC) are one of mine most prized possessions, one piece of advice, if you can don't sell it at the cheap, keep mining and increasing hash rate, possibly attract more pools to add you back (in parallel to exchanges) and continue spreading awareness of crypto in the country and just continue at it
change of algo (from scrypt) is questionable, look at litecoin despite FUD (and there was some most aggressive FUD I have ever seen) coin is returning back stronger than ever (+ difficulty increase and general network hash rate), possibly evaluate use of neoscrypt (low on electricity and very resistant to crypto differential analysis that makes it hard for ASIC to emerge)
when and iff you decide to switch algo, blast email to all people and website announcement with a write up for miners what they gain, but as said there is absolutely no rush, if large ASIC's will be engaged (on the order of 100 500 MHS and they do exists) they will lift network hash and every coin will become very valuable (even small players with small number of coins will win especially from give aways in the beginning so that is a good thing) then you can adjust to neoscrypt and while prices go up on exchanges mining normalizes across wider number of individuals.
as I write these words, difficulty level is now at 3.97258279, great ! just few days ago/weeks it was as low as 0.33
