The site loaded for me, but I don't even remember my login details so I didn't try to sign in.  Is the page not loading for you, or is there some other error that's happening?

Don't know why anyone is still using them.  Guaranteed it'll only be a matter of time before they're shut down or pull an exit scam.

Edit:
This is the error I am seeing:

Error 523 Ray ID: 495c8815bfc98d3b • 2019-01-08 06:15:53 UTC
Origin is unreachable
Don't know what that means.  Maybe some technogeekazoid will come along and help you.  All I can say is the site looked just like it used to when I loaded it a few minutes ago.

It just came back up and now seems ok...

I did not intend to alarm anyone...just wanted to see if anyone was experiencing the same issue.

No harm done, But as the @The Pharmacist, have said, Yobit is one of the worst if not the worst trading platform out there. I'm sure that majority of 'experienced' traders have gone somewhere like Binance already.

Just a word of advise and precaution, stay away and moved out all your coins from Yobit. Because you don't know, they might pull a exit scam in the future.

my opinion after successfully entering Yobit, immediately click the withdrawal and move to the best crypto market, just choose the top 10 crypto markets in coinmarketcap to minimize fraud,
I personally like to trade at binance, so far I have never had a problem with crypto trading at binance
