Using Blockchain technology, a resume will have all data and personal information “pre-validated and stored on a secure Blockchain application.” The information could be viewed by any organization granted access to by the candidates themselves, who would retain ownership of their background data.

It also checks for:

 - Fraudulent education claim
 - Employment history.
