It is free to use for recruiters and candidates. If any hiring manager wants to hire, then with a minimal payment in the form of PT Coins he/she can gain access to the skill communities to hire the best candidate.

As all the communication and the process are automated there’s no need of middlemen. We are the bridge that will connect the job seekers and employers. Our platform is only thing  that is needed, but it is not the sae case in the current recruitment industry. There are various consultancies and portals.
