Urine Mutko as a symbol of Russian sports
On December 31, 2018, the ultimatum of the Council of the International Association of Athletics Federations to ensure admission to samples of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory expired, after which athletes from Russia will not be able to participate in international competitions. This circumstance unequivocally points to the state’s guilt in the person of the then Minister of Sport Mutko in mass feeding Russian athletes with illegal drugs, with the help of which they achieved record results. Moreover, as it was found out, state services, including the FSB, were engaged in the replacement of urine samples in order to conceal violations. From now on, specimens with urine replaced by Mutko are a national treasure and a seal of Russian sport. Urine Mutko is a symbol of Russia's sporting achievements.
Naturally, without instructions from Putin, who, like Nazi Hitler (1), uses sport for propaganda purposes, Minister Mutko would not dare to force athletes to use doping. It is also completely clear that Putin cannot allow international experts to check samples stored in the laboratory, otherwise there is no shame. Yes, then, the ultimatum also contains the point of the indispensable punishment of the perpetrators of a crime, which by all laws is nothing but criminal, which is already unacceptable for Putin (2). After all, if it comes to court, then there is no guarantee that Mutko will not split. That is why, despite the phenomenal achievements of Russia in the Sochi Olympics, Putin deprived Mutko of his post as minister and of Russian athletes the right to participate in international competitions.
