one thing about news sources is that you should know them first so that you can know how reliable they are at publishing the reality not some imaginary story that they pulled out of their own behind. the two sources you posted are "criptoinforme.com" and "dailyhodl.com", neither one of these can be considered reliable! both are click bait websites posting crap so that they can get more traffic.

Do you think the Russian government would risk dumping Billions of Dollars into a technology that are not controlled by them? Most of the developers that are working on Bitcoin is not from Russia. 

The US government will ban Bitcoin if countries start using Bitcoin to bypass their sanctions and the same goes for countries in the EU and Africa.

It would either be a ban or 100% over-regulation to prevent this from happening.

So Russia investing in bitcoins, although we all know it won't happen, is bad but wall-street buying bitcoins is good.
Venezuela turning to bitcoin is good, Iran turning to bitcoin is good, but this one is FUD.

Seriously, where is the fear in this one?
