IBM introduced the first commercial quantum computer!
Friends what do you think about this? Mining and the whole concept of mining will collapse soon Huh

Why do you think so? What do you think is the threat and how can it breach blockchain technology? Please explain with examples, logic and references. I am sure many people here will benefit if there is something to worry about.

It will have no implications on mining. Nobody is going to use a quantum computer for mining. It's too expensive for that. Quantum computers might have some implications on the security of the private keys. But we are years if not decades away from the point where this is a real danger. So there are no worries.

I think this is good news for the cryptocurrency market, or when the bitcoin returns to $2,000, the bull market will come, and quantum computers can only pose a threat to traditional Internet data. But it does not make sense for the cryptocurrency market.
