I really agree with that, but it seems impossible because dev won't be willing to give money only to bounty hunters. I think he is more profitable to give the tokens they have than to have to pay using other crypto coins.

This will be great if hunters will be paid in USDT, but the projects should already well enough seeded funds for that. I have seen only one project which is rewarding USDT to hunters till date & that project is PROBIT Exchange. Paying Hunters in USDT will help projects to maintain their values on the exchange as hunters dump their immediacy & most of the hunters cash out their earned rewards or most of them exchange it with major cryptocurrency like BTC or ETH & only few hold their earned tokens if the project have potential.

you are only looking at things from your own point of view. obviously you would love it if you could get paid in something that didn't get dumped so that you could be sure that your payment is not going to lose its value the day it is sell-able.

but from the point of view of the payers (the employer) it is not a good thing because they would have to spend actual money to pay you whereas when they pay you in their own token, they are not spending ANYTHING at all since they created that token out of thin air without spending anything! so it is worth a lot more to them if they paid  you in shit rather than paying you in real money (or anything with actual value like tether) where they have to buy it first.

The USDT is not bad, because it is a stable coin. It's better than getting payment from their own tokens. Because we don't have an idea about that token price when will be listing on exchanges. The users can get actual rewards from stable coins.

Advantages:
- No more dump to the token and this gives the more control to the price of token after its first listing.
- You should not worry about the liquidity

Disadvantages
- It's centralized and the developers can freeze your tether anytime if you are doing something suspicious
- you need to do a verification to able send or receive it

Bounty is not so important to ICO now, if ICO wants to succeed then they must develop products and have as many partners as possible, so it will not be possible for them to pay usdt for bounty

Awhile ago I just commented to a thread that asks what if bounty hunters will get paid in ethereum. The fact that bounty hunters will like any altcoin as long as it has a big volume and accepted in almost every exchange.
That's what bounty hunters are asking for, when will the tokens shall be listed on exchange and with USDT. There will be no doubt that everyone will like it.

there are so many bounty fees that will be usd and calculate it with the earned reward you get but I think the admin can lose if they have a small coin sales in their ico but I think you can also lose because if there is potential and longterm their coin I think you will be losing the price of your coin reward but it depends on you because of what you want usd or coin usd because this excact will get you a reward fee but when the coin is to be chosen you can lose it and you can also earn a great deal to choose the coin when the bitcoin price is high because I'm sure the higher the price of the coin you hold but now because the bitcoin knocked down I think there is a chance to crash price of your  coin but you have chance to earn a lot of money if you hold your earn coin in bounty.

stable coin and cryptocurrency are different things from the ethical side of the issue. so payment for example in Ethereum would be better

Well, we all wish for that to happen but yet again it is really upon the decision of the developers because they might afraid that their tokens might not be appreciated by the investors and end up dumping the tokens and with that if they pay bounty hunters USDT they might be suffer a losses for doing that.

Quite impossible we all know that IOC needs funds to run or create their project, so they do not have much funds to pay for their bounty hunters they only had their own token which has no value until it reaches the exchange, so we will not see one.

I think it is the most appropriate for the situation. Because the bounty hunters are experiencing big problems with the price decrease in this case. It may be better to believe that at least a certain amount of earnings will be exact.

Receive payment in stablecoin - it certainly would be very cool! But we can only dream about it. After all, projects go to the ICO in order to raise funds. And in return, they give out, for example, their tokens. After all, at this stage, they still do not have the funds, so there is no possibility to pay in USDT.

Of course any bounty hunter wants this to happen but very few developers are willing to risk this payment. We can only hope they pay tokens to give us the best liquidity but with the current market situation, the payment of USDT is impossible and will not happen.

I think it will hard to happen in the future as the projects or ICOs would never pay in USD, they create tokens and distribute as they cost nothing, but to catch investors through which they get money in name of tokens, which are of no worth in these current days.

If possible I would surely agree on this because it is a good assurance that when you participate in bounty campaign, you surely have a reward upcoming. Compared to now, all we get was a useless coin with no value, and our effort, time and bills paid just been wasted.
