Is there any project team agrees to pay the bounty participants in USDT?
I am not sure any team will allow themself to be in risky by investing money from their hands to advertise about their projects when they can be able to done with their tokens.

Of course the usdt would be nice to receive their payments , but I certainly doubt that this will happen ever, the project is beneficial to pay hunters in tokens

if it is true that the bounty hunter is paid with USDT, of course it will be very good news because in my opinion the bounty hunters are working on prizes of course to get definite results - surely with their stable coin prize they will certainly feel more happy and calm, but whether can this happen?

Such opportunity has no any sense. Projects are paying with coins or tokens because it is cost nothing to the team. Nobody knows where token price will go, so it is risky for bounty team. USDT option will be great indeed.

Why ICOs are making bounty? because it's the cheapest way to make PR. And after token sale they will distribute their tokens to bounty hunters. I agree with such way of payment.

It all depends on the mindset of the developers. Paying in btc, eth and usdt can be regarded as paying for marketing and thus it prevents the projects token from dumping. I recently participated in a usdt paying bounty called Probit and the campaign was a success. I urge developers to toe that path more

Payment in USDT should be good for both the project team and bounty hunters. My reason for saying this is that, the bounty hunters won't have the project token at hand and definitely dumping below ICO price might not occur as a result, investors will be having and be able to trade their tokens with profits when it get listed and this could also increase the confidence level of investors to hodl.

Work to a freelancing site and just get paid your rates per hour and in USD. You'll never see a bounty/campaign that will pay with USDT. They'll prefer to pay with bitcoin,ethereum and most likely with their tokens.

Yes, the budget will be coming from a chunk of the tokens total supply which is around 1%-2%.

I think that ICOs are more willing to pay in their own coins then in Fiat or USDT. Hunters are more involved into
a project to learn about even to invest into it if they find it a perspective one. Of course for hunters it would be
beneficial to be rewarded in USDT or ETH or BTC as they should not wait for listing and selling their rewards under
the ICO price ( dumping their coins). Some projects are already paying in ETH or BTC ( they are usually overloaded,
and not very profitable for hunters ).

I sure the developer of ICO project don't want to do that for whole campaign but maybe for part of campaign. There were a campaign in service who paid with btc in service sub forum but I personally don't like it because I can predict the sum of rewards. I want a little bit gamble with reward with new coin/token that can be a huge money or just cheap rewards.

I think that would be good for the bounty participant, since the reward they get will have a good value, since USDT price is so much stable compared to the coins from the project itself.
I believe it will also able to minimize that dumping price that many people said, it's because of the bounty participant selling their coin reward.

It could be very nice if that happens more often, I have seen some bounties recently like probit exchange that paid in usdt but it is very rare to see that kind of bounties, mostly because the ico would rather to spend its tokens instead of its precious usdt!

I strongly agree, if the bounty hunter is paid using USDT, many things can be saved. First, bounty hunter needs will be fulfilled, namely fixed income without excessive fluctuations. second, by using USDT, when the ico token enters an exchanger, the bounty hunter will not damage the market and investors will benefit from this. because if the bounty hunters are paid the same type of tokens, they have the desire to sell very fast.

As a bounty hunter, i would be glad if we got paid in USDT. at least we got a the value on the reward to be stable.
And aside form that, it will also easy to take it out and using them for any of our need.

I don't know why you chose USDT, because any cryptocurrency from top10, and maybe even top100 would be good.
The main difference between bounty and, for example, bitcoin payment campaign, is that the bounty, sometimes has several higher prizes, because of the risk of project failure.

But unfortunately, the problem is a few projects that using other coins as the payment method and almost all projects refuse to change the payment method from their coin/token to another coin/token such as ETH/USDT.

They prefer to pay their Tokens as they can manage to hold and control, it isn't bad for people to deal with bounties if projects will prefer paying usdt but for most developers they will stick with the original form of payment, is just like receiving rewards in forms of btc or eth if they will change it to usdt hunters can easily sell it and enjoy the rewards.

Would be good, but if project starts to pay in USDT, many bounty hunters would draw towards it and would cause low payouts for everyone, unless of course rewards are big enough but I highly doubt so.
