do you agree if the bounty hunter is paid USDT?
the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons

Why not? Paid in usd is really great for us as a bounty hunters which are we surely get paid and we doesn't waste our time by promoting their projects through posting here in the forum. But i guess it is impossible to be happen since they have a lot tokens created to allocate by those bounties hunters.

Sounds good since you will be paid with a more stable coin without worrying for the price of what you get will not go down but you will only earn fixed amount if you will agree with that. For me it is still better to get paid with their own coin (but of course only if the project is a good one) or in Bitcoin because there is always a chance that you will earn more. And the thing is starting companies or ICOs will never do this especially with small starting companies, they don't want to spend extra money just to pay bounty hunters, if they can pay without spending extra by just paying with their own cryptocurrency.

personally im agree with this idea, but if this happen, it can make bad impact of token itself, because they credit the bounty participant with their own token for reason to help their circulating token itself.

They give tokens because it is the most convenient way to reward bounty hunters - they do not have to engage additional funds.
Unfortunately, the effect is opposite to the one you described, because as soon as token is listed on exchange, most bounty hunters sell tokens received as reward and dump the price.

Even if 100% of all bounty hunters agree, there is no bounty campaign that pays USDT it's very costly for the developers, with their own token they are not spending anything, because they are starting with zero cost, if there is one I'm sure they will limit the participants.

Of course, I totally agree that the bounty hunter is paid in USDT. But that is very difficult because developers just want to pay by token, not to pay with USDT.

although developers spend more money to pay bounty hunter,it could add the investors trust to them , to the project.investors feel more comfortable due no one could dump their token.developers feel the same to , they will not be scolded by investors if prices fall.

If the developers were confident of their success, the payment of the bounty rewards in stable coin (for example USDT) would be much more profitable for them and would increase the credibility of the project. First of all, they could have secured more tokens for the development of the project, or even for their own bonuses, which when the project succeeds, will automatically increase. Secondly, it protects token price against potential dump by bounty hunters after entering the exchange.

It's good for bounty hunters but not for developers, this will mean spending money out of their pocket, they can still get people to participate in their bounty campaign, even if they pay with their token so why would they pay with USDT.

This will be amazing if bounty hunter can be paid in USDT but I  don't think this one can happen because the project being Carry out is not distributing USDT  to those that invest during their ICO, it will rather distribute  token to those that invested in ICO. Same  token that are distributed to investors will also be distributed to bounty hunter, in order for team member to make profit.

It would be great if the bounty hunter is paid in USDT. If that happens I believe there will be an explosion of bounty hunters.

Yes, there are some bounty hunters paid in USD but converted to BTC. I think it's up to the admin of the ICO if they offer usd or tokens to their bounty hunters but I prefer usd in this time where the market is still low and most ICO are unccessful in their projects.

if the bounty hunter is paid USDT, it's really a good thing but maybe that won't happen, if possible, it can happen only in a few projects and there will be a lot of bounty hunters joining it.

It's not a bad idea, but it has its drawbacks. When you participate in a bounty campaign and get coins for it, you can not know how this project is promising, but in my practice there were cases when the price of the coin unexpectedly exceeded the price of the ICO by 10-20 times. If I had received an award in the USDT, I would have never bought such coins and my profit would have been fixed.

Alas, such profits are now only in dreams, basically the price drops and then you can only wait and hope for the best. Therefore, let it be better to have a fixed profit, which will definitely remain in your wallet, and then you will distribute your assets yourself as it will be better for you, without dropping the price of the project coin.

I can leave a campaign in exchange for a campaign that pay with USDT and as long as they are a legit project, but unfortunately, there is no campaign that pays USDT and I don't think we will have one, they don't have a  big budget for this.

The negative impact was felt for the project itself in my opinion, because it was tantamount to paying using ETH or BTC, so the project had to use revenue from sales of tokens to give gifts to bounty participants. So the project must add more allocation or capital.

There are actually some project out there that rewards stable coins/tokens. Just like Plutux, they are going to reward me with TUSD. In my opinion, I think it's fair to get rewarded with the main token/coin of the project because it's one way you help the project by being a holder. The only disadvantage I think is that as soon as bounty hunters receives the rewards, they immediately sell the tokens which really affects the market price of the token. I do understand the fact that we get afraid if the price goes down so that is why most hunters sells it off.

I participated in a similar company Probit! I am pleased with the result, it seems to me that it is a good idea to pay in USDT, then the person will decide for himself what to change this coin to. Unfortunately, I saw only one such project.

As you know most of bounties are fake and not paying after completed ,so you should check the ranking of ICO and also check the all other links and than you should join that bounty. Some companies may be can pay in USDT.

It is a good decision on a bearish market but honestly i'm sure that these ICO scammers will not agree with this rule and they always can find a lot of fools that will work for a couple of their shitcoins.
