I totally agreed that paid bounty hunters USDT because the ICO will not dump instantly and the bounty hunter will be faithful in the project they a usdt.Like example of Probit Exchange that paid usdt and their token was not dumping and there's more profit in their project.

Paying in USDT would be very convenient for bounty hunters, since it would solve the problem of checking KYC and make it obvious that we should not pass such a check. Bounty is usdt could be considered good for bounty hunters because they will know the dollar value of their reward and also it will help to prevent sell off of the new token when it hits exchanges. But not so good for those who want to get in at the early stages of a new project.

It depends on the project, if you promote a project that is going to be next top 100 coin, then you want to earn tokens but if you promote some project that is useless, you want dollars because you know that the token will have no value.

This of course would be good , but I think it is not feasible, or rather few of the projects will agree to pay in Fiat , I think only without Scam projects would pay

good advice, but think about what if the project doesn't reach hardcap and certainly the bounty allocation is definitely not maximal.
As a result, bounty hunters get small rewards. if you only want to solve the problem of a bounty hunter dump why not distribute the reward in several stages. this is better than paying another coin. dev definitely doesn't want to use the money earned from ICO just to pay for a bounty hunter.

USDT is so much fixed, there's no volatility ahead unlike if they chose eth or BTC as payment, there is much much more excitement and we can also hodl it for the sake of its amount increase.

This is good idea because will give more benefits for bounty hunter and also for investor in ICO. By payment in USDT all bounty hunter will get better reward and they can calculate the income in to fiat. This way also will protect investor in ICO from price dump by bounty hunter. By this way all people will get benefits so hopely the team developer will do it.

very much in agreement, the benefits actually exist on two sides, namely the ico team and the bounty hunter. Bounty hunters will benefit greatly from not having to wait for more tokens on the listing to the exchanger. and the ico team does not need to worry about a dump when the token has just been listed, because their tokens are safe from dumps that the bounty hunter will do after getting it.

bounty is not only mean to pay the amount basically bounty means to spread the coins to number of users and increase the community of the coin. It means to grow the userbase if any one pay in USD no one cares for coins itself so this is not a good idea in my view

You are right, the funds collected from the token offer provided from the project will usually not be used to pay the bounty campaign participants, they CEOs prefer to pay the participants to use tokens from the project because it will make the funds collected at the ICO will not reduced.

actually if developers team pay bounty hunter used usdt ot btc, they have more benefits,their token price become more stable.and if someday they need money they couls sell token that reserved for company.

I think it's very good, because the value of USDT is really very stable, but I've seen other stable coins here and I get paid to be a bounty participant with the same exchange rate as the dollar, so back again to the owner who runs the ICO project, is it they will change payments with USDT at least it will not have a negative impact on the value of their tokens
