it's very good, but rarely do bounty programs pay with USDT. they don't want to buy USDT with their money so they pay with their coins.

you are right, many are just paying with their coins and not to defend it in the market. now I myself do not see any project that pays with the usdt. If the payment with the btc and the eth I still see some, and that's very attractive to the bounty hunter.

There are few projects were using this method last year and i have participated in the content creation of it but this time it looks like there was no platform that is interesting to use that idea again maybe it caused by the team is lack of funds.

I really think paying hunters in USDT is a wise decision or approach. At least, it will curb the excuses that hunters contribute to massive dump of tokens on listing.

Will agree with ETH, because it's transaction not need longer time like BTC and we can exchange it anywhere. In past i have joined some signature campaign that developer decide to pay in ETH.

I think this is a great idea if the bounty participants would be paid in USDT. In any case, this would increase the credibility of ico and bounty on the part of the participants. I can accept that even if they pay us with USDT, even a tradeable coin in the market will do, but these ICO do not have funds to pay their bounty hunters and they rely on their token to pay bounty hunters because it's free I will definitely treat this ICO a legit one of they can pay us with USDT or any tradeable token.

Mostly they are paid by the tokens of the project we are advertising, in rare cases of ethereum or bitcoin. USDt, though tied to the dollar, it does not have the possibility of a large growth rate, like altcoins, tokens or btc. And this is a big minus for investors and bounty.

For me, this will be a plus, since over the past 9 months, the projects go into minus relative to the ICO price after the start of trading on the exchanges.

No. I would accept bitcoin, ethereum or any other top coin from coinmarketcap but only if its value is equivalent to value of tokens or nearly close to value of tokens which I was supposed to receive if I had accepted tokens as reward. And that is mission impossible.

Well, it will be the best option for bounty hunters if they get paid in most stable crypto currency, USDT.
But i think there are only few ICO who want to do that. Even if they want to pay in USDT, i bet they won't pay too much.
Paid in token is better because the token price can increasing, unlike USDT price. But of course if only the project success.
