  I think ICOs want to pay for the bounty hunter with their altcoin. Because that's how to make altco's ico circulate in the market and attract investors. That's why they won't pay the hunter in USDT

Usdt would be a good payment and knowing i have participated in Crowd Machine bounty and the payment was Ethereum. Having a stable coin as payment is great knowing it's already have value and price won't swing. There are signature campaigns that have btc payment and only yahoo's is doing it.

It is unlikely that of course will pay in usd , as the project is not very profitable to pay , I think it is unlikely that this will be easier to make the project itself advertising on sites related to cryptocurrency

Even without bounty hunters there'll always be some dumping nonetheless if the project is not good enough to make their investors sure that the project will be growing up.
However, I do quite agree, but even better is paying in BTC or ETH because that way will be more convenient than USDT.

Nothing is holding bounty hunters to not sell tokens and token rewards can be higher in long term. I don't know what is reason why they sell so low but they should not. We are talking around 1% tokens and I don't think this is so bad for price, there is no reason to pay in USDT.

if the USDT allocation given is big it doesn't matter to me. in my opinion payments using USDT will have a good impact because no one can do a dump other than the bounty hunter except by investors or whales.

i understand the angle you are coming from and i must say i agree with you to some extent, but to be sincere, most of this projects are nothing but outright scams, some genuie ones are still likely to fail due to one reason or the other, when bounty hunters get paid in USDT, it will project the hunters from all future mishap that may befall the project due maybe lack of funding or mismanagement of the project by the owners ......

but again......i dont think bounty hunters will ever get paid in USDT anyway

Also, we can avoid the scammers to run their ICO.
The amount should be in escrow also, to ensure that bounty hunters will be paid after wards, other option is paying them in BTC, as even if they will dump, it will not affect the price, due to its huge volume in the market.
