When we have common sense then we won't fall for these kind of scams but still there are people who fall for this.

I am not using telegram too much if I receive something sammy then immediately will block and delete it.

Spam messages are a headache and these type of messages can be used for scamming purposes too. Last week someone changed his telegram username similar to the group admin and send me a message about the flash sale of the coin. After reporting it account was deleted by the moderators.
