Newbie and negatively trusted person know very well that s/he will not receive any loan from lender but still trying to take a loan. For example, you were tagged negatively but tried to take a loan from me at least 7 times and also from other lenders. Even after rejecting your loan request you told me "one day u will be rejected". So, asking loan by a newbie and also by a negatively trusted person is normal. Isn't it?
